Brad J. Axtell is a general partner in the firm of Axtell & Briggs, PLLC, graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law Cum Laude. He holds an undergraduate degree from Washington State University as well as a degree in Heavy Equipment Repair. Brad has substantial experience as a civil litigator in Federal and State courts. He is also excellent with a proven track record of success in Arbitration and Mediation proceedings resulting in a positive resolution for his clients. He is licensed to practice law in Washington and Idaho. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, Spokane County Bar Association as well as the Idaho State Bar Association.

Brad is married with four children and his interests outside the law include time at Priest Lake, golf, basketball, farming as well as fishing.

Keith E. Briggs is a general partner in the firm of Axtell & Briggs, PLLC. His childhood brought extensive travel as the son of an Engineering Officer in the United States Navy. This led him to Oregon State University where he graduated in Engineering. He attended Gonzaga School of Law and graduated in 1976. He is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association, Spokane County Bar Association and Washington Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Briggs was the Public Defender for the City of Deer Park County for almost 30 years and has also served as a Judge ProTem for the Spokane Superior Court.

Keith is married, father of twin girls and proud grandfather. His outside interests consist of his extended family, sports, senior softball, exercise/fitness and a life long interest in chess, crosswords and other board games.
